Professional Experience
Rich graduated in the top 20% of his class from Creighton University School of Law with a Juris Doctor (cum laude) in 2002. Before law school, he earned his Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) in Sociology and Philosophy from Rockhurst University. A Nebraska-licensed attorney, Rich practices in both state and federal courts. His practice focuses on personal injury and a range of criminal defense matters from first-offense DUI to drug conspiracy charges. Rich has obtained dismissals of felony and misdemeanor cases, and he also handles education/school law, guardianships and conservatorships.

Achievements
In J.P. ex rel A.P. v. Millard Public Schools, 285 Neb. 890 (2013), which was litigated up to the Supreme Court of Nebraska, Rich successfully protected his client’s rights after a vice-principal conducted an unconstitutional automobile search. Read the article here!
